> Lower workload: 12 to 14 consults per session, rare home visits, Workflow administrator, admin and clinical support from group structure.
> Salary: GBP 10,000 / session
> Participative culture where salaried GPs are involved in the important decisions.

> 4 to 8 sessions (flexible days)
> High QOF score and Good CQC
