THE CLINICS
> Small-size clinics (2/3 GPs) with UK General Practitioners already working there
> Locations are available in family-oriented/residential neighbourhoods as well as more urban areas (downtown Toronto)
> Clinics have 7 to 8 exam rooms + staff room + coffee area
> Extensive range of services including Family Medicine, Walk-in Clinic, Cardiology Services, Iron Infusions, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Physiotherapy
> Majority of Pre-booked patients
> Specialists also work in the clinics allowing for internal referrals to internal medicine, neurologists, and orthopaedic surgeons. Internal referrals in the clinic.
Cardio services in the clinic: echocardiogram, ECG, phlebotomy.

BENEFITS
> Fee for service: 75% and 25% split
> GP earning potential: $330,000 to $487,000 CAD (450,000 to 550,000 gross). this is equivalent to £150,000 to £280,000 per year after deduction of the practice’s share of income, 25%
> Flexible working times: 5 days a week, hours are flexible : minimum 30 hours per week and 6 hours per day, but can work more
> UK GPs already working there and happy to help

WORK CONDITIONS
> Desired number of worked days: 5
> Start and end of work day: Flexible with the time frame 9am to 7-8pm. Eg 11am to 7pm, etc
> How does a typical clinic day look like?: The do own billing 9(right after they see patient, or at the end of the day),
> Referrals are easy to create within EMR (admin staff would send out referrals)
> Appointment length: 10 to 15 minutes
> Number of patient seen per day: 25 to 50 patients based on physician’s preference
> Evening/Week-end work available although not required (paid at higher rates)

REQUIREMENTS
> Open to both newly qualified and experienced GPs
> Qualification: CCT (Certification of Completion of Training), MRCGP
