LONG TERM LOCUM * £90-£120 PER HOUR * LONDON BRIDGE * 15 MINS CONSULTS * PRIVATE PATIENTS * SIMPLE CASES / LOW RISK

This role would be ideal for a newly qualified or experienced GP wishing to get a long term self employed (or Ltd) role in a lower stress environment, with friendly patients and team members. The consultations are straight forward (eg STI consultations), with longer time, and less paperwork. Minimum commitment requirement is one day per week (two sessions).

SOME OF THE BENEFITS:

  • Rate: £90 to £120/hour consisting of a fixed base + variable.
  • Lower workload: 15-minute consultations (and up to 1 hour per patient), no home visits, low admin (very small number of repeat prescriptions, paperlight)
  • Tools to provide quality medicine: 30+ specialised clinical services such as preventative medicine, mental health, physio, sexual health, cardiology, dermatology, etc. A large range of tests and lab work is available to carry out more nuanced analysis. Easily accessible and extensive secondary care referral network. Patient-centred approach.
  • Quality of induction / training: comprehensive initial training and onboarding provided with dedicated training days and Mentoring and GP buddy schemes, Whatsapp support group.
  • Regular social and CPD events

WORKING TIMES:

  • Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30 (with a 30 minutes lunch break).
  • Possibility to do some week-ends too
