COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

> Remuneration/session: Up to £12,500 per session (depending on experience)
> View to Partnership?: Partnership opportunity in near future (if desired)

ABOUT THE PRACTICE

> Patient list size: Between 7,500 and 10,000
> Population Type: Mixed/Deprived
> IT System: SystmOne
> Dispensing: Full indemnity cover
> Clinical Support Staff: Large nursing team (including nurse prescriber), visiting nurses and also Pharmacist, Care Coordinator, First Contact Physio, Mental health Social prescriber, Youth emotional support staff
> CQC Rating: Good
> QOF Score: between 90% and 95%
> Measured patient satisfaction: Good Patient Satisfaction (above the average of the practices in the ICB)
> Building type: Modern, purpose built
> GP Practice contract with the NHS: GMS

ABOUT THE ROLE

> Role location: Bognor Regis area
> NB of sessions available: Between 4 and 8 sessions
> Desired worked days: Flexible
> Daily start and finish time: 9am to 6 pm (but can be flexible)
> Consultation length: 12.5
> Patients to be consulted per session: 13
> Frequency of home visits: One a week or less and when they occur they are mostly done by Paramedic/Nurse team
> Meetings: Daily meetings
> Onsite parking: Yes

REQUIREMENTS

> Level of experience required: Newly Qualified as well as experienced General Practitioner
> Accepting Tier 2 applicants?: Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
